By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, a resident of, or a national or government of any such restricted jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, and withhold funds if we determine that a user is located in a restricted jurisdiction.

Our platform may integrate with or provide links to third-party services, websites, protocols, or applications. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for:

• The content, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services
• The privacy practices or security measures of third parties
• Any losses or damages arising from your use of third-party services
• The availability or performance of third-party infrastructure

• Holding positions in digital assets that we offer services for
• Trading digital assets for our own account
• Receiving compensation from third parties for directing business to them
• Providing services to multiple users with potentially competing interests
• Using aggregated, anonymized user data for business intelligence purposes

While we strive to manage conflicts of interest fairly and transparently, we cannot eliminate all conflicts. You acknowledge that we may engage in activities that could be viewed as conflicting with your interests.

Veltrion Digital Markets shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of God
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
• Internet outages, telecommunications failures, or blockchain network disruptions
• Cyber attacks, hacking, or security breaches
• Changes in law or regulation that affect our ability to provide services
• Failure of third-party service providers
• Labor disputes or supply chain disruptions

During force majeure events, we may temporarily suspend services, delay transaction processing, or take other actions necessary to protect user assets and platform integrity. We will communicate material service disruptions through our official channels.
