Platform Fees

Veltrion Digital Markets does not charge deposit fees or account maintenance fees. Any performance fees on investment strategies will be clearly disclosed before you commit funds.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set to ensure efficient processing. These amounts may vary by cryptocurrency and network. Current minimums are displayed on the relevant pages.

Payment Processing

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in cryptocurrency. We do not accept fiat currency directly. Exchange rates are determined at the time of transaction based on market rates.

Market Risk

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and can experience significant price fluctuations. The value of your investments can decrease as well as increase. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Technology Risk

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and algorithms, are the exclusive property of Veltrion Digital Markets or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Veltrion Digital Markets SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Market volatility and cryptocurrency price fluctuations
• Blockchain network failures, delays, or congestion
• Regulatory changes or actions by government authorities
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Veltrion Digital Markets, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account. We will process your final withdrawal in accordance with our standard procedures.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Effect of Termination

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally by submitting a support ticket or emailing us at support@veltriondigitalmarkets.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veltrion Digital Markets is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

For material changes, we will provide more prominent notice, such as email notification or a banner on our Platform. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
